Corn Hopi Blue


Blue heirloom corn growing by the Hopi Indians in northern Arizona. Plants 150 cm need grooving in full sun, ears can reach 6-8". Beautiful blue kernels are sweet and will keep 7-8 days without losing mild flavor and softness. Corn can be used for making flour, blue tortilla, bread and for popcorn. Dried is great for beautiful ornamental.

Very pretty and rare.
