A variety with doubled lycopene amount in its big, tasty, pear-shaped fruits. Lycopene is a bright red carotene and carotenoid pigment and phytochemical, found in tomatoes and other red fruits known for its antioxidant function. Determinate plants reach only 60 cm and can be grown in pots on balconies or in small gardens. Fleshy, dry fruits weigh 80-120 g and can be transported and stored without harm.
Recommended for freezing, conserves, drying, sauces and salads.
